So, why fashion? can you share a little bit of how it all started?

Since I was very little I was always in love with fashion and everything fashion related. When I learned how to read at the age of 5, instead of asking my mom to buy me comic books, I would ask her to get me fashion magazines so I could spend hours going through the pages imagining myself with those clothes or changing things that I didn’t like on an outfit in my mind. For me, fashion is art, beauty and most of all, a strong tool we have to communicate to others who we are without having to speak.

Who in your life taught you the most about fashion?

My father is a very stylish man, the kind of person that could be wearing anything and would still look chic and stylish. He taught me a lot about fashion and most importantly, that you don’t need a special occasion to look good, selfcare is important and is a way to show respect to the most important person in your life, you.

First fashion memory?

My Barbies and all the clothes they had. The only thing I would ask ”Santa” for Christmas was clothes for my Barbies. I could spend hours dressing them as well as transforming the clothes with my kid friendly sewing machine :)

Who are your style icons?

I really like Alex Rivière, Anine Bing and Helena Barbero’s fashion style.

Daytime uniform?

Jeans, white t-shirt, blazer, high heeled sandals combined with the right accessories.

How does your styling and coloring service work?

As an Image Consultant I provide 4 types of services: Colour Analysis, Style Consultation, Closet Detox and Intelligent Shopping.

During the Colour Analysis session, I find out what are the colours that suit you best, these are the ones that will enhance your beauty.

The Style Analysis session is where you answer two very specific and deep questionnaires in order for me to learn more about yourself and your style goals. This session usually takes 2 hours and it is all about you and your wishes regarding your image and style.

Closet Detox is when we go together through your closet keeping only what should be there, pieces that fit and make sense to you. After that, I’ll make several combinations with the pieces that are left giving you a lot of choices in outfits with the remaining pieces. Finally we go shopping together buying only what is missing in your closet that will help multiply the outfits that are left. Keep in mind that the services can be purchased separately.

What's one thing you'd never put a client in?

I will never put my client in something that they don’t like, that doesn’t belong to their style and doesn’t represent who they are.

If you could only give one fashion tip, what would it be?

Your clothes should represent who you are, they are your first nonverbal communication to the world.

3 essential pieces every woman should have in her wardrobe…

1 white t-shirt, 1 good pair of jeans and a well cut blazer.

What message would you like to share with the women reading us?

Don’t forget about yourself, with life being so busy we tend to put other people’s needs in front of our own. Taking care of yourself on top of making you look good is going to help tremendously with your self-esteem. Never forget that people will always SEE you before they HEAR you. Nobody has the obligation to know who you are on a first impression and sometimes we only have that moment to cause a good one. When we are aligned with our clothes, the communication is faster and your message is delivered in a very assertive way. If you have any questions or don’t know how to start, I’m here to help you ;-)
