CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS
If you would like to return a item, please notify us at firstname.lastname@example.org
You may return any items within 7 days after delivery of your item. The item must be placed in the mail to send back to us within this return period. The items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged and must have all tags attached. Any items with stains, marks, smears or tears in the fabric or tag cannot be returned. All t-shirts, sale items and white clothes are final sale and can not be returned.
Clash Tee is not responsible for the cost of return shipping. Customers are urged to hold onto proof of postage as Clash Tee is also not responsible for returns lost by the postal carrier. We will provide your refund (If applicable) within 5 business days of receiving the original item/s. We process returns and issue refunds on Fridays.
Note that any items received after the return period cannot be accepted for any refunds. All Sale Pieces, White Clothes and T-Shirts may not be returned.
Defective or Damaged Product?
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please notify us at email@example.com! If you do not notify us of a defective or damaged product, we will assume the product was not damaged or defective when you received it. If a damaged item is returned without notifying us of the damage, we will not be able to process the return.
If you've received an incorrect item
If you have received an incorrect item or size, we will amend this at no further cost to you. Please email us within 24 hours at firstname.lastname@example.org
Clash will cover all return postage costs of the incorrect item. Upon receiving the item back we will send out a replacement via express post. If the desired style is out of stock you will be issued a full refund. All incorrect items must be returned unworn with tags attached.
Product Imagery and Colours
At Clash Tee we try our best to depict items as accurately as possible in the photos and descriptions. However, we cannot guarantee that colours will be completely accurate due to colour variations on individual computer screens. We also use flash photography and recommend referring to the fabric swatch for colour and fabric accuracy.
Refunds may only be issued to the credit card used to make the original purchase. Please allow 3-5 business days for your return to be processed and then 5-10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account. We’ll send an email once the item(s) have been received and your refund has been processed. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us.
We cannot cancel orders after they have been placed.
All items marked final sale have been reduced in price and cannot be returned for a refund. If you send a final sale item back to us for a return, we will not be able to process a refund.
Return Afterpay Items
Afterpay returns follow our standard return process. Start your return via email. Please note, refunds for Afterpay will be first refunded from Clash Tee to Afterpay, and then to you. We cannot provide an exchange or cash refund. As soon as the refund is processed it will drop into your Afterpay online account.
